We will devise a plan for you to get on track and feeling better by beginning to address your symptoms from their origins

You will receive recommendations for a whole-body healing plan designed specifically for you that may incorporate a combination of nutrition, mind-body techniques, and supplement recommendations.

Although some changes will lead to almost immediate relief, working at the underlying causes may take more time. You will get a sense of the timeline required to get to your goals knowing that we'll be there to support you every step of the way whether you’re dealing with digestive concerns, weight, anxiety, depression, skin concerns or something else.

You're not in a rush to get results and want to take your time to get it right. Whether you're working on healthy eating, meal planning, eating for mental health, or have a newly diagnosed condition or concern (e.g. celiac, diverticulitis, colitis, Chron's, high cholesterol, etc.), you'll get the support you need as you go.

The initial consultation will provide you with a timeline and milestones to work towards. Each follow up will help you stay accountable and on track, supporting you in understanding your body and barriers to change so that you can get the results you're looking for.

IBS and IBS-type Gut Symptoms Program (3 months)

Whether diagnosed or undiagnosed with Irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS), if you experience symptoms of constipation and/or diarrhea, bloating, excess gas, stomach pain, reflux, etc. this 3 month program is for you if you want to eliminate your digestive symptoms and identify your triggers so you can eat without fear.

  • Get started with eliminating symptoms right away with our 2 week adaptable meal plan.

  • An initial session will identify your unique needs (psycho-emotional triggers, supplements, SIBO risk, etc.) and regular follow up to personalize your plan for gut healing as you go.

  • Identify triggering foods and learn to diversify food choices so you stay well-nourished and live symptom-free!

A whole-body approach is needed to address many conditions from the root and you’re ready to start the journey towards it all. A personalized eating plan will be developed for you to optimize the health of your gut, mind, and body. Emotion release sessions are included to clear trapped emotions that limit your success or are contributing to anxiousness, depression, limiting-beliefs, gut symptoms, sleep issues, and more.

This option is great for those with multiple conditions, including autoimmune conditions, stress and anxiety, hormone related concerns, digestive symptoms, and more.
