What we choose to allow into our body can increase toxic burden causing disharmony, and manifesting in symptoms like digestive issues, low energy, stress and anxiety, or hormone imbalances. Nutrition is the natural way to support your body’s ability to detoxify. Get comfortable in your own body and learn to nourish it while getting to your individual optimal weight and health. Like holding the perfect pose, nutrition is a fine balancing act — and one each person has to learn individually. Proper nutrition can aid in mind-body alignment and set you down the path to a positive body relationship and mental wellness.


The Approach We Use

 

1 : Exploration

To get to the root cause of your health issues, we use:

  • Your detailed health history

  • Past and current concerns

  • What you’ve tried; what worked and what didn’t

  • Laboratory testing information

  • Information you’ve gathered intuitively

  • Lesley’s experience and education as a dietitian, biochemist, yoga and meditation instructor, and energy medicine practitioner.

2 : Your Plan

We will devise a plan for you to get on track and feeling better by beginning to address your symptoms from their origins

You will receive recommendations for a whole-body healing plan designed specifically for you that may incorporate a combination of nutrition, mind-body techniques, and supplement recommendations.

3 : Support and Results

Although some changes will lead to almost immediate relief, working at the underlying causes may take more time. You will get a sense of the timeline required to get to your goals knowing that we'll be there to support you every step of the way whether you’re dealing with digestive concerns, weight, anxiety, depression, skin concerns or something else.

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION

    Start here to get a holistic assessment of your concerns and identify the best first steps to help you get where you want to be. Whether you're working on healthy eating, meal planning, food sensitivities, eating for mental health, hormones, or have a newly diagnosed condition or concern (e.g., celiac, diverticulitis, colitis, Crohn's, high cholesterol, etc.), you'll get the support you need.

    The consultation will identify your initial goals and provide a timeline and milestones to work towards.

    60 min consultations

    Your personal plan recommendations, resources, and steps to get started.

    $145 per session

  • FOLLOW UP NUTRITION CONSULTATION

    Each follow-up will help you stay accountable and on track, supporting you in understanding your body and barriers to change so you can achieve and maintain the results you're looking for.

    Additional follow-up resources and summary plan notes provided

    $100/30 min. session

    $130/60 min. session
