Lesley’s 1:1 yoga sessions because they allow you to learn about your body at your pace and give you the ability to build independence to take care of your body on your own. I always have the option to return to 1:1 sessions to learn more or ensure that I haven't returned to old habits and patterns of body movement. I was living with years of chronic back pain and had developed a well thought out pain management plan. However, after working with Lesley, I have experienced so much more relief that I can control with a customized daily routine instead of needing chiropractic or regular massage treatments.
